Join us for a gentle Sunday morning walk where nature, movement, and community come together as medicine. Surrounded by water, sky, and songbirds, we’ll take time to breathe, move, and connect—with the earth beneath our feet and the people beside us.

Let’s walk, talk, sip something warm, and share stories as we take in the beauty of the lake, the wildlife and the city skyline. This is a space to slow down, find grounding, and open ourselves to the quiet wisdom of nature.
