Find Community & Connection

Enjoying an outdoor fire is a Sacred Pause. It’s an invitation to slow down and deepen our connection to the journey that we are on. Life is always moving forward, and time is always passing by, but are we being intentional about the direction that we are heading?

It's easy to get caught up in the momentum of everyday life to the point where we forget to reflect on the life we’re living. What if we used the fire, the change of season, and this collective pause, as an opportunity to reflect on where we have been, honour where we are at, and plant seeds for where we are going next.

This is not just a moment of rest—but a sacred return. A remembering. An honouring. A choosing.

    Spring Fire

    6:30PM

Let’s gather fireside to welcome the change of season and honour this important transition in our calendar year. These fires are an invitation to pause, reflect, connect with yourself and the natural rhythm of the season.

Enjoy the warmth of an outdoor fire as a Sacred Pause—an opportunity to slow down, observe your journey, and consider where you’ve been, where you are, and where you are heading next. This gathering is a chance to reflect, plant intentions, and share in community as we honour the arrival of spring.

Testimonials

I’ve attended a few campfire events hosted by Dr. Christina Carreau of Cedar & Sage, and each one has been a unique and deeply meaningful experience. People from all walks of life — including families with younger kids — come together to listen, share, and connect around a specific topic that often aligns with the season or time of year. There’s something truly special about being around a campfire: a space where there’s no judgment, and people can show up exactly as they are. The last one I brought a gentleman I was dating and we had a few profound sharing moments which were so pleasantly surprising. A great way to get to know people. I left both times feeling a greater sense of ease, presence, and connection — a good reminder of the common humanity we all share. I would highly recommend these gatherings to anyone looking for community, reflection, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Christina’s vulnerability and her genuine belief in the need for connection - not just for herself, but for all of us, is what makes these gatherings so special. Her honesty and passion creates a space where sharing is welcomed but never expected so whether it’s your first time or your fifth, you choose to speak or simply listen to what others have to say, the environment feels safe, warm, and easy to be a part of.

The quarterly campfire gatherings Christina hosts are truly special. Each one marks a beautiful transition of seasons with reflection, intention, and warmth. There’s a deep sense of belonging around that fire where hearts open and laughs flow. Christina’s ability to hold space for everyone—no matter where they are on their journey—is a gift she gives with such grace. I’m so grateful to be part of this community she has created.

What I loved about the fires was the feeling that I would always leave with – calm. It’s interesting how something as basic as being in nature, gathering around a fire and sharing a few thoughts and stories can bring such peace. There’s a little magic in that simplicity and the way the evening is brought together.
