What I have learned these past few years from bringing people together for walks, dinners, fires, brunches and workshops is that connection is deeply important to me.
Not surface-level connection.
Not filling my calendar for the sake of being busy or social.
Not small talk that leaves me feeling unseen or dysregulated.
I crave connection that feels honest.
Conversations that feel real.
Moments where people soften, open, and remember themselves.
The kind of connection that allows us to exhale a little deeper and feel a little more grounded.
And, that is why I continue to gather people together.
Not simply to be around one another, but to create spaces where we can reconnect to ourselves.
And from that place of deeper connection to self, we feel safe to open our hearts and to deepen our connections with others as well.
At Cedar and Sage Wellness - this is at the heart of all community gatherings - an invitation to connect more deeply to you. That is the most potent medicine that exists. It shapes every encounter, gives context to every decision, plays a role in every action and reaction, it guides our thoughts, influences our emotions, creates our reality. Let’s prioritize and practice staying connected, even when life tries to pull us away from ourselves. Let’s connect. xo
